About Vegan Sushi Bar
At Vegan Sushi Bar we make the tastiest and freshest sushi and ramen, but 100% vegan. With our experience and years of developing these dishes, we are convinced that as a vegan you no longer have to compromise on taste and texture. Chef Nodoka: "The ramen menu is based on the recipes of my Japanese family. With the dishes I would like to take you on a culinary journey through the region where I come from."

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
