If there is one thing that hospitality entrepreneurs have shown in the turbulent times of lockdowns, it is that limitations can lead to creative solutions. Many did not sit back, but threw themselves into meal boxes. It inspired entrepreneurs Thomas Scholte (25) and Devon Scoulelis (36) to found eatSOUS.
