What does shipping cost?

At SOUS we charge a standard service fee and refrigerated transport fee of €9.90 per delivery date. If you have multiple menus delivered on the same delivery date, the standard service fee and transport fee also remains €9.90. When you order a menu that is in the Connoisseur section, you pay €32 for private shipping. Products in the SOUS market differ in terms of shipping costs. You can see this during checkout.

Can I have a chef prepare the menu at home?

Yes, that is certainly possible! Please contact to receive more information about this.

In what time period does SOUS deliver?

We always deliver the boxes between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you want to enjoy your experience sooner, order a day earlier. All menus have a shelf life of at least 2 days. So if you want to be sure that it is in time for lunch or early dinner, order 1 day in advance.

Delivery in Belgium and Wadden Islands (NL)

We deliver on Fridays between 10:00 and 23:00 in Belgium. So please note, your box may not arrive until after dinner on Friday. SOUS does NOT deliver to the Dutch Wadden Islands.

On which days does SOUS deliver?

We deliver on Tuesday to Saturday. But, this varies per menu. On the menu page you can see for which days you can order. You can also filter by delivery date and you will see all available menus for that date. We deliver the boxes to you between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

You will receive a Track&Trace link the evening before your delivery date. Here you will see a 2-hour time slot. Are not you home? Leave a note for the driver, such as; “Deliver it to the neighbors or put it in a safe place at my home.”

How do I know when my package will be delivered?

On the delivery date you selected. You can find this in your order confirmation in your email. You can expect your Track&Trace or delivery update the evening before your chosen delivery date, from 10:00 PM. We cannot give you clarity about this, as the chefs are still busy packaging your fresh components.

Is it difficult to prepare the menus?

Don't worry, we will help you with this. You will find instructions for each menu. Strangely enough, you didn't find a menu in the box? On this website, under the heading instructions of the menu you have chosen, you will find the online versions of the Dutch and English menu.

What do I need to prepare the menu?

Almost nothing, just your own kitchen. Under the instructions tab for the selected menu, you will find the online versions of the menus. All ingredients are already in the box. So you no longer have to go shopping.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We advise you to consume the menu within 48 hours. Does the menu have a longer shelf life? This will then be indicated in the menu or on the product page.
