What does shipping cost?

At eatSOUS, we charge a standard service fee and a refrigerated transport fee totaling €9.90 per delivery date. If you order multiple menus for the same delivery date, the standard service fee and transport fee remain €9.90. If you order a menu listed in the Michelin section, you pay €32 for some restaurants with 'Priority delivery' due to private shipping. Products in the eatSOUS market vary in shipping costs. You can see these at checkout.

In which time slot does eatSOUS deliver?

We always deliver the boxes between 08:00 and 18:00. If you want to enjoy your experience earlier, order for a day earlier. All menus have a minimum shelf life of 2 days. So if you want to be sure it arrives on time for lunch or an early dinner, order one day in advance.

On which days does eatSOUS deliver?

We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday. However, this varies per menu. On the menu page, you can see for which days you can order. You can also filter by delivery date and then you'll see all available menus for that date. We deliver the boxes to you between 09:00 and 18:00.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

The evening before your delivery date, you will receive a Track&Trace link. Here you will see a 2-hour time slot. Not home? Leave a note for the driver, such as: 'Deliver it to the neighbors or leave it in a safe place at my home.'

How do I know when my package will be delivered?

On the delivery date you selected. You can find this in your order confirmation email. The evening before your chosen delivery date, from 22:00 onwards, you can expect your Track&Trace or delivery update. Before that, we cannot provide clarity, as the chefs are still busy packing your fresh components.

Is it difficult to prepare the menus?

Don't worry, we help you with this. With each menu, you will find the instructions. Didn't find a menu in the box, strangely enough? On this website, under the instructions section of your chosen menu, you will find the online versions of the Dutch and English menus.

What do I need to prepare the menu?

Almost nothing, just your own kitchen. Under the instructions tab of the chosen menu, you will find the online versions of the menus. All ingredients are already in the box. So you don't need to do any more shopping.

What is the shelf life of the products?

We advise you to consume the menu within 48 hours. Is the menu longer lasting? Then it will be indicated in the menu or on the product page.
