At Madaq we give new meaning to the chocolate experience. The brand was founded by Soufiane Mourabit to share the food culture he grew up in. Madaq offers twelve unique flavor combinations, carefully selected ingredients that create unparalleled flavors, each with its own story. Our creations leave lasting impressions, turning everyday moments into cherished memories. Within our range we use natural ingredients with a special origin. These ingredients are processed in their purest form. All our products are handmade in our own Atelier in Velp. Pecans are an important part of the diet and cuisine of the cultures where pecans naturally grow. Mexicans and Native American tribes relied on the pecans as a staple food in the fall and winter and even traded them. Combined with delicate vanilla seeds from Réunion, this flavor is naturally sweet with a soft, buttery texture.
Afternoon tea is an important part of Moroccan culture. Moroccan mint tea is served with an abundance of cookies made from ground nuts and honey. That ritual also includes Moroccan coffee. It's a beautiful twist on a traditional cup of coffee, elevated with a blend of traditional aromatic spices ground together with freshly roasted 100% Arabica coffee beans.
A tasty gel based on white peaches with a delicate, floral sweetness. Paired with vegan white chocolate infused with Maghrebi mint tea, a generously sweetened combination of gunpowder and fresh spearmint. The leaves are washed by hand and then brewed with cream overnight.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
