Here you will find all composed menus and à la carte dishes from restaurant Bolenius. "The flagship of Dutch Cuisine". Kamper lamb, sole from the North Sea, caviar from Eindhoven and vegetables, lots of vegetables. That's Bolenius. Broad beans, celeriac, preferably from our own garden, right next to the restaurant on the Amsterdam Zuidas. And also sustainable fish and meat products of the highest quality. Luc Kusters has been cooking with it in the Bolenius kitchen since 2010, with great success. A Green Michelin star also followed in 2021!
