Onno Kokmeijer developed a passion for the culinary world at an early age. He has acquired valuable knowledge by working with leading chefs and their restaurants, which he still uses as the basis for his dishes. In 2003 he started his career at Ciel Bleu**, where he developed his own culinary signature. His interest in Dutch products evolved into a passion for international ingredients from various regions worldwide. He led the kitchen of Ciel Bleu** with a strong focus on mentoring young aspiring chefs. After working at Ciel Bleu** for almost 20 years, Onno decided to end his career there and further develop his culinary skills.
