He gained valuable knowledge by working with leading chefs and their restaurants, which he still uses as the basis for his dishes. In 2003, he began his career at Ciel Bleu**, where he developed his own culinary signature. His interest in Dutch products evolved into a passion for international ingredients from various regions around the world. He led the kitchen at Ciel Bleu** with a strong focus on mentoring young aspiring chefs. After working at Ciel Bleu** for almost 20 years, Onno decided to end his career there and continue his culinary development. Onno has brought all this knowledge together in a delicious menu for your home.
