During his working life, Chef Dennis Huwaë was mainly at the head of star restaurants: kitchens that sported Michelin stars. In 2016 he moved to Restaurant Daalder to become chef and co-owner. This was a dream come true. His wish was to cook at star level, but without the associated solemn atmosphere and stiff service that is often seen and felt in a star restaurant. He was looking for a place where everyone dares to enter and feels comfortable. This is Restaurant Daalder.
