Daalder ✽

Throughout his career, Chef Dennis Huwaë primarily managed Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2016, he transitioned to Restaurant Daalder to become chef and co-owner. This was a dream come true. His wish was to cook at a Michelin-star level, but without the formal atmosphere and stiff service that is often seen and felt in a Michelin-starred restaurant. He was looking for a place where everyone would feel comfortable and at ease. That place is Restaurant Daalder.
