In het hart van de prestigieuze Grande Champagne streek ligt Couprie. Deze distilleerderij produceert al sinds 1730 een verborgen juweel. De Hors d’Age is een blend van Eaux-de-vie van ten minste 40 jaar oud. Het gebruik van de Folle Blanche druif geeft deze cognac een buitengewone complexiteit.
Van het huis van Castarede, het oudste Armagnac huis in de wereld, komt deze unieke vintage Armagnac. Castarede heeft de meest uitgebreide collectie vintage Armagnac ter wereld, en het is nog steeds mogelijk om flessen uit de 19e eeuw te kopen.
Mortlach doet zijn naam, ‘The Beast of Dufftown’, meer dan eer aan met deze 20 jaar oude whisky. Het unieke 2,81x distillatieproces van Mortlach zorgt voor een rijke, intense en volle whiskey met een ongeëvenaard rijk smaakprofiel.
De tequila’s van Clase Azul staan bekend om hun extreme zuiverheid, waardoor ze buitengewoon zacht zijn. Alleen oudere, rijpe blauwe Weber-agave uit de Hooglanden van Jalisco wordt gebruikt, die wordt gestoofd voor een optimale smaakontwikkeling.
Het schip Tres Hombres is vernoemd naar drie vrienden die in 2007 een duurzame vervoersbeweging zijn begonnen. De motorloze brigantijn vervoert duurzame producten tussen Zuid-, Midden-, Noord-Amerika en Europa. Deze rum werd verfijnd door een zeldzaam vat Palo Cortado Sherry toe te voegen. In Santo Domingo vervolgens meer dan 20 jaar gerijpt.
Notaris is pure Nederlandse jenever uit Schiedam. In de branderij de Tweelingh wordt nog steeds de Echte Schiedamsche Moutwijn gedistilleerd volgens het oude familierecept. Notaris is een van de weinige jenevers die het garantiezegel van de gemeente Schiedam mag dragen als garantie voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap.
