Fresh hummus with olives, za'atar (a well-known spice, used in many culinary Middle Eastern cuisines) and sumac (wine-colored spice from the Middle East).
With fresh spring onion, harissa and pecan nuts to finish it off.
Freshly baked in the bakery within the NENI restaurant in Amsterdam. In principle, you can eat the pita continuously during dinner as a so-called 'palette cleanser', or it neutralizes your mouth before you try something new.
A slowly pre-cooked mushroom dish whose recipe comes from Jerusalem. On a bed of freshly made hummus, topped with homemade tahina, slightly spicy mango sauce, a dash of olive oil and parsley.
A delicious eggplant steak with shakshuka sauce.

About NENI
In 2019, the restaurant chain NENI opened its first branch in the Netherlands. With various branches throughout Europe, it was now Amsterdam's turn. NENI's cuisine relies on an eclectic and modern Eastern Mediterranean cooking style. The menus of the restaurant and the box are a combination of the culinary vision of Haya Molcho, the owner of the NENI restaurant chain, and products from the region where the restaurant is located. This means that each location has its own character.
