How does shipping work?
The shipping costs and options per menu can be found on the product page. Refrigerated delivery throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) is €9.90.
Priority delivery service costs €29 and means private delivery for your menu. You will also be called before the delivery takes place.
Chef at home?
It is possible to have your order prepared by a chef at home. This allows you to sit at the table with your guests without any worries while a chef prepares the menu. If you are interested, you can send an email to floris@eatsous.com.
Delivery in Belgium?
You can currently only have your order delivered on Friday in Belgium. We deliver in the evening. Eating on Saturday or Sunday? Then choose Friday delivery and keep it in the refrigerator if this menu is suitable for it.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order between 08:00 and 18:00. You can find your Track&Trace link in the order confirmation the evening before delivery. Orders from SOUS are delivered by different carriers, so your delivery price may differ per product.
Shelf life
We recommend consuming your menu within two days of receipt. View the shelf life on the product page, it may differ.

In 2019, the restaurant chain NENI opened its first branch in the Netherlands. With various branches throughout Europe, it was now Amsterdam's turn. NENI's cuisine relies on an eclectic and modern Eastern Mediterranean cooking style. The menus of the restaurant and the box are a combination of the culinary vision of Haya Molcho, the owner of the NENI restaurant chain, and products from the region where the restaurant is located. This means that each location has its own character.
