Massimo Bottura***

Massimo Bottura opened Osteria Francescana in Modena in 1995. Known for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, Bottura has built a reputation as one of the world's most creative culinary figures. In 2019, he was named one of the most influential people in the world by Time magazine. His three Michelin-starred restaurant was ranked number 1 on the list of the world's 50 best restaurants in 2016 and 2018, and is now part of the Best of the Best list. To expand his legacy, Bottura bottles Aceto Balsamico under the name Villa Manodori, featuring a range of high-quality condiments used in his kitchens. He also opened Franceschetta58, a bistro in Modena, where traditional local cuisine is presented in a modern, playful way.
