About Boers&Boers
The idea behind Boers&Boers is to let the Netherlands experience a different, more traditional culinary Christmas at home. Actually, just like it happens in England, the country where Jan Boers has been visiting for years. And when you say England, you say turkey at Christmas. That is also the place where the brothers found the ultimate Christmas turkey. Walking freely on the beautiful estate of the Copas family, who have won just about every culinary award there is. Boers&Boers has chosen to not only bring this Rolls Royce of turkey to the Netherlands in this form, but also to prepare a variant that is already deboned and deliciously stuffed, to make it a little easier for you! Boers&Boers has now become 'the place to be' for turkeys at Christmas, but also for a Beef Wellington, which comes as a nice package with all the necessary top ingredients.

You can also order a delicious matching Jus de Veau, prepared by Boers&Boers chef Bert van Rijt, made from veal bone with, among other things, a vegetable bouquet, some red wine and tarragon.
Finally, a very nice cranberry sauce cannot be missed, specially made for our turkey supplier Copas.
