Het Kaasatelier is a young company with Joost at the helm, who has worked in top catering or related companies for almost his entire life. Together with Lotte, also his partner, he provides the most beautiful cheeses from all over Europe, small-scale, traditionally made with love for the animals and the environment. At Het Kaasatelier these cheeses are refined until they go to restaurants throughout the Netherlands and Flanders at the perfect time. As a consumer you can now also obtain part of our range via SOUS.
