How does shipping work?
The shipping costs and options per menu can be found on the product page. Refrigerated delivery throughout the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands) is €9.90.
Priority delivery service costs €29 and means private delivery for your menu. You will also be called before the delivery takes place.

Chef at home?
It is possible to have your order prepared by a chef at home. This allows you to sit at the table with your guests without any worries while a chef prepares the menu. If you are interested, you can send an email to floris@eatsous.com.

Delivery in Belgium?
You can currently only have your order delivered on Friday in Belgium. We deliver in the evening. Eating on Saturday or Sunday? Then choose Friday delivery and keep it in the refrigerator if this menu is suitable for it.

When will my order be delivered?
We deliver your order between 08:00 and 18:00. You can find your Track&Trace link in the order confirmation the evening before delivery. Orders from SOUS are delivered by different carriers, so your delivery price may differ per product.

Shelf life
We recommend consuming your menu within two days of receipt. View the shelf life on the product page, it may differ.

Under the leadership of Johan van Uden, Chateaubriand has grown into one of the most complete and inspiring food stores in the Netherlands. Johan van Uden - as the youngest participant ever - won the prestigious Golden Butcher's Ring twice, for the best product innovation. In addition, Johan was the third person to ever win the title 'Industry-recognized Master Butcher'. Together with 6 other butchers in the Netherlands, he guards this title and teaches people about the butcher's trade. Many well-known chefs come to Johan for an explanation because he has so much knowledge. It is not without reason that the Chateaubriand butcher shop has been voted the best butcher shop in the Netherlands twice.
