Our kitchen team enjoys cooking with fish, crustaceans and shellfish. Every day we present our fresh fish in the fish bar on the crushed ice buffet, immediately when you enter. Vegetables have not been a side dish for a long time. It now also occupies a prominent place on our menu. Every day we pick ingredients from our vegetable garden, flower garden and herb garden that we serve in our Menu Bistronomique. This way, the origin of the ingredients can really be tasted in the box! Whether you enjoy a well-filled drinks box, an appetizer box or order a complete three-course menu, the fresh herbs and vegetables come straight from the Amersfoort testing ground.
