Over Julius Jaspers
Julius Jaspers groeide op in een familie waar eten een belangrijke rol speelde, wat zijn interesse in koken al op jonge leeftijd aanwakkerde. Hij werkte binnen en buiten Nederland in verschillende restaurants totdat hij in de jaren 90 in Zutphen zijn eigen opende, 't Schulten Hues. Het restaurant ontving al snel een Michelinster. Na zijn succes in de restaurantwereld richtte hij zich ook op andere aspecten van de culinaire wereld. Hij werd een veelgevraagde televisiepersoonlijkheid, verscheen in verschillende kookprogramma's en schreef kookboeken. Zijn toegankelijke benadering van koken en zijn enthousiasme voor lekker eten maakten hem geliefd bij een breed publiek. Nu zijn de lekkerste menu's van de enige echte Julius Jaspers ook beschikbaar op SOUS.

“Delicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”

I say Surprise Restaurant Dinner, because that's the ultimate experience I got after I unpacked the box, heated it according to the simple instructions and then enjoyed it with my husband of 48 years. The guy who had delivered it had given me a warm smile and said: enjoy it. ”
