About Chef Kelvin Lin
Meet Kelvin Lin, the culinary visionary behind Holland's Red Chilli, Nayolie Voorschoten and Mama Q. At the age of 14, he started his journey in Asia, where he acquired his excellent skills under the guidance of master chefs. After being a master chef in China and Singapore, he brought his expertise to Japan, where he mastered the Kaiseki style, which still adorns his kitchen. As a chef, Kelvin Lin believes in honoring every ingredient. His dishes are a tribute to the energy and respect he feels for each product. The Kaiseki influence in his cuisine comes to life in his unique dinner box. His dedication has been recognized with prestigious awards, including Best Asian Restaurant Netherlands 2020-2022 by Gault & Millau and Michelin Awards Holland & Asia. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
