Peter Lute

Peter and Marieke started their first restaurant in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel over 20 years ago. Before that, Peter worked in various restaurants, from brasseries and hotels to Michelin-starred establishments, developing his own unique style.LUTE currently consists of the restaurants De Kruidfabriek in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and GREEN on 26floor floor of the striking Valley building in Amsterdam. We are quite proud of what we have achieved. We chart our own course with our restaurants and organize events. In addition to the restaurants, you can also find us at companies, at home with LUTE Lekker Thuis, in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, and even on ships in the canals of Amsterdam. Over the next two years, we will be building a new restaurant with a unique B&B in the Noordoostpolder. This will be combined with a sustainable and self-sufficient modern farm where we will grow a large part of the ingredients for our restaurants.
