Maison TĂȘT is een familiebedrijf dat rechtstreeks Kampot Peper uit Cambodja importeert naar Europa. Opgericht door Tjarco van Raad en verder uitgebouwd met zijn zoon Yanou, zijn ze toegewijd aan het introduceren van de culinaire wereld aan deze bijzondere peper. Kampot Peper, met een geschiedenis die teruggaat tot de 13e eeuw, heeft de tand des tijds doorstaan. Geworteld in eeuwenoude landbouwtradities, weerspiegelt deze peper de rijke geschiedenis en cultuur van het Cambodjaanse volk. "Tijdens ons bezoek aan de boerderijen in Kampot werden we diep geraakt door de gastvrijheid van de mensen en de schoonheid van het land. De uitzonderlijke smaken en aroma's van deze prachtige pepers wilden we delen met een breder publiek. âDelicious menu! Tasty and easy to prepare. You have to provide a nice ambiance yourself (nice plates, candles, music). If you create this romantic setting it will be a true 'night out'. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!â

I say Surprise Restaurant Dinner, because that's the ultimate experience I got after I unpacked the box, heated it according to the simple instructions and then enjoyed it with my husband of 48 years. The guy who had delivered it had given me a warm smile and said: enjoy it. â
