Over Choro Koji Fermentation
Choro Koji Fermentation, opgericht in 2022 in Rotterdam, transformeert biologische ingrediënten van Nederlandse boerderijen tot uitzonderlijke miso, sojasaus en andere gefermenteerde producten. Onze ambachtelijke starter, koji, wordt zorgvuldig gekweekt, waarbij tijd onze meest essentiële ingrediënt is om niet alleen smaken te verrijken, maar ook om duurzame voedselpraktijken te ondersteunen. Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
