Daging Rendag is gestoofd rundvlees op Sumatraanse wijze met gekleurde kroepoek. Ayam Bakar bestaat uit heet gegrilde kippendij en wordt geserveerd met pindasaus en pinda crumble. Rendang Nangka is gemaakt van langzaam gegaarde jackfruit, gemarineerd in een boemboe van rendang en wordt geserveerd met gekleurde kroepoek.
Atjar is een zoet-zuur bijgerecht. Sambal Goreng Telor is een echte klassieker. Het gerecht is gemaakt van ei in een kruidige en romige kokossaus en met verse bieslook. Sambal Goreng Kentang zijn crunchy aardappelsticks met karamel.
Udang Peteh zijn gebakken garnalen in een kokossaus. Ikan Kerrie is een heerlijk gerecht met vers gebakken kabeljauw in een romige kerriesaus, geserveerd met een crumble van loempia.
Blado Kentang zijn gebakken aardappeltjes. De aardappelen worden gebakken in een pittige sambal saus en geserveerd met een krokantje van jeneverbes. Gado Gado is gemaakt met groenten en wordt geserveerd met een romige pindasaus. Tumis Tahu Tempeh is een gerecht van geroerbakte tempeh en tahu met een crumble van krokante tempeh. Sayour Pedeh wordt gemaakt van gebakken groenten in saus van gebrande paprika, het gerecht wordt afgemaakt door een krokante wontoncrumble
Nasi goreng is gebakken witte rijst met rawitcrumble. Peralatan Makan is gerecht gemaakt van kroepoek, emping en pinda saus. Nasi Putih is gestoomde witte rijst met een crumble van casave.

Ron Blaauw, eigenaar en chef-kok van Ron Gastrobar At Home, begon al vroeg met koken. Toen hij 16 jaar oud was, vond hij dat er toch echt een keuze voor de toekomst gemaakt moest worden. Dit bracht hem tot de koksschool: "Uiteindelijk werd dat Amsterdam, wat ik eigenlijk altijd in mijn hoofd had. Weg uit Hoorn, waar ik geboren en getogen was. Dit was het. Ik ontdekte dat je van een appel een appeltaart kon maken en van zalm gravlax. Dat je creatief kon zijn, dat je mensen kon verrassen, dat je mensen blij kon maken".
