Roze Bunker maakt een Wilde IJsthee met wilde ingrediënten van weelderige verveine tot groene spar. Geplukt en gefoerageerd in voedselbossen en in samenwerking met regeneratieve landbouwprojecten. Met deze kruiden wordt deze azijn gemaakt op basis van een natuurlijk gefermenteerde azijn. Voor in een dressing, om mee af te blussen of als funky aperitief.
Roze Bunker maakt Bloesem Power siroop van vlierbloesem aangeplant bij bevriende boeren. Deze flessen planten bomen! Van deze bloesem wordt deze bloemige en licht tintelende azijn gemaakt, op basis van een natuurlijk gefermenteerde azijn. Voor in een dressing, saus of heerlijk bij een oester.
Roze Bunker maakt Gekke Bessen siroop. Met dezelfde bessen, gered van verspilling, wordt deze tanninerijke, fruitige azijn vol hout gemaakt op basis van een natuurlijk gefermenteerde azijn. Voor in een dressing, als funky aperitief of in sauzen.
Over Roze Bunker & Fruitslagers
De fruitslagers van Roze Bunker gaan de plakkerige problemen uit de voedselindustrie te lijf met kilo´s puur fruit en verse kruiden. Een siroop wordt alleen gemaakt als deze daadwerkelijk iets toevoegt aan een beter voedselsysteem. Waarom zou je water verplaatsen als dit gewoon uit de kraan komt? Door water pas op het laatst toe te voegen, scheelt dit veel transportvolume van een gemiddeld frisdrankmerk. 1 fles Roze bunker staat gelijk aan 1 krat frisdrank! Dat scheelt opslag, heel veel sjouwwerk en bergen aan plastic. Zo maak je thuis je eigen biodiverse, lokale frisdrank, cocktail of mocktail uit de korte keten.
