Bitter Marmelade - van het vruchtvlees van bloedsinaasappels, grapefruit en sinaasappels uit de ketels van de Bitter Bloed siroop van Roze Bunker maken wij een smaakvolle marmalade. Eet deze bij je kaasplank, op je croissant of vul er baksels mee: Smokey Negroni on toast!
Hot hot hot sauce - De Madame Jeanette pepers en gemberpulp uit de ketels van Roze Bunker’s Madame Gember worden verheven tot een pittige, florale hot sauce. Wij eten dit met alles, maar vooral bij aardappels, taco’s, op een broodje kaas of door een groentenstoof. KIJK UIT: PITTIG!
Tempeh chili olie - gemaakt met de tempeh van Boonzaak. Op smaak gebracht met laurier en dulse zeewier. Verslavend spicy van echte ingrediënten. Eigenlijk heerlijk bij alles: geroosterde spruiten, dumplings, stamppot of bij een rijsttafel. Pas op: eenmaal geproefd, wil je meer!
Over Roze Bunker & Fruitslagers
De fruitslagers van Roze Bunker gaan de plakkerige problemen uit de voedselindustrie te lijf met kilo´s puur fruit en verse kruiden. Een siroop wordt alleen gemaakt als deze daadwerkelijk iets toevoegt aan een beter voedselsysteem. Waarom zou je water verplaatsen als dit gewoon uit de kraan komt? Door water pas op het laatst toe te voegen, scheelt dit veel transportvolume van een gemiddeld frisdrankmerk. 1 fles Roze bunker staat gelijk aan 1 krat frisdrank! Dat scheelt opslag, heel veel sjouwwerk en bergen aan plastic. Zo maak je thuis je eigen biodiverse, lokale frisdrank, cocktail of mocktail uit de korte keten.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
