Over Restaurant Bij Jef
Bij Jef eet je wat de Texelse natuur je die dag te bieden heeft. Pure smaken zonder poespas in perfecte harmonie met de wijnen die door sommelier en meestergastvrouw Nadine worden geselecteerd. Bij Jef staat voor teruggaan naar de basis en staat symbool voor alles wat te proeven is op Texel. Verse groenten, uit eigen moestuin, met verse vis en schaaldieren en natuurlijk het bekende Texelse lam. Bij Jef staat de natuur op nummer een. En alles wat in zijn restaurant te vinden is, doet ere aan deze filosofie. Voor de fijnproevers die zich graag laten verrassen. Proef de schatten van het wad, nu thuis via SOUS.

Deze kaviaar heeft een lichte zoutigheid die de subtiele aroma benadrukt. Heerlijk om je diner nog luxer te maken.
Briljant heldere wijn, licht geel van kleur. Aromatisch vol met geel en exotisch fruit en witte peper. Verfrissend en smaakopwekkend.
Een lichtgeel tot goudgele kleur met een bloemige geur, hints van amandel, anijs en perzik. Ronde smaak, filmend met levendige zuren, een aangenaam bittertje, sappig steenfruit, licht peperig en een fraaie, verfijnde afdronk.
Fluweelzachte kleur. Levendige, bloemige en geparfumeerde wijn, typisch Fixin. Met tonen van kreupelhout, muskus en lichte dierlijke accenten.
Paarsrode kleur. Explosie van vers rood fruit in de geur. Frisse, elegante inzet met smaken van bramen, bosaardbei en framboos. Lange, intense finale.
Amberkleurig met rijk aroma van gedroogd fruit, tabak en honing, kenmerkend voor oude Rivesaltes. Smaak van walnoten, honing, sinaasappelschil, rijk mondgevoel, langdurige afdronk.
