Over De Groene Lantaarn
Jarno Eggen van de Groene Lantaarn werkt zoveel mogelijk met lokale producten uit Drenthe en Overijsel en dàt proef je in dit sterrendiner voor thuis. Jarno is samen met zijn vrouw, gastvrouw en sommelier Cindy eerlijk in alles wat zij doen. Hoe ze omgaan met gasten, het personeel, leveranciers maar ook met hun producten. Ze werken met de allerbeste spullen. Zo hoeven ze niets te verbergen. Alles in de zaak is van kwalitatief hoogwaardig topniveau. Van de ingrediënten waarmee ze koken tot het wijnglas waar je als gast uit drinkt, tot de kunst in de zaak en het prachtige Christofle bestek op elke tafel. Dit allemaal zorgt voor een top ervaring. Eentje waar je nu ook thuis van kan genieten!

Volle witte wijn met een perfecte balans tussen frisheid en het zoetgehalte. In de geur wat appel, peer en honing. Verfijnde tonen van bloemen in de royale smaak.
Geelgroen van kleur. Frisse, gekruide geur met hint van appel, abrikoos, witte peper en bloemen. Geconcentreerde smaak met complexe structuur.
Mooi heldergeel. Evenwichtige, complexe chardonnay met rijke smaak, en aroma's van noten en zacht tropisch fruit.
Goudgeel van kleur. Rijp fruit en vanille in de geur. Krachtige smaak met zacht fruit, frisse zuren, boter en getoast eiken.
Dieprode kleur, intense geur van viooltjes en rood kersenfruit. Volle smaak met rood fruit, kersen en morellen. Licht zoet van rozijnen en een subtiel bittertje.
Dieprood van kleur, met een geur van rijp rood fruit. Smaakvol met vurig jong fruit, bessige tonen en lichte balsamico. Frisse zuren, complex en zeer verteerbaar.
Aromatisch, met rijke tonen van rijp gekonfijt fruit, honing en vanille van de houtrijping. Opmerkelijke frisheid dankzij de zuren.
