Beschrijving
Deze bonbon combineert het zoete van rijpe mango met een vleugje pit van rode peper. De gedroogde en fijngehakte peper voegt wat body en spice toe aan de melkchocolade ganache. De pit versterkt de zoete mangosmaak en de romige melkchocolade maakt het geheel compleet.
Deze bonbon bevat de smaak van een roze zuurstok in een zachte ganache, net als op de kermis. Het fluweelzachte en romige geheel krijgt een frisse bite door Kalamansi, een citrusvrucht uit een kruising van mandarijn en kumquat. Een frisse gel van Kalamansi en pure chocolade vangt de zoete zuurstok ganache perfect op.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
