Over Madaq Chocolatier
Bij Madaq geven we een nieuwe betekenis aan de chocoladebeleving. Het merk is opgericht door Soufiane Mourabit om de eetcultuur waarin hij opgroeide te delen. Madaq biedt twaalf unieke smaakcombinaties, met zorg geselecteerde ingrediënten die ongeëvenaarde smaken creëren, elk met een eigen verhaal. Onze creaties laten blijvende indrukken achter, waardoor alledaagse momenten dierbare herinneringen worden. Binnen ons assortiment maken we gebruik van natuurlijke ingrediënten met een bijzondere herkomst. Deze ingrediënten worden verwerkt in hun puurste vorm. Colombiaanse melkchocolade met Franse gezouten karamel gemaakt van Isigny boter en zwarte zoutvlokken uit Vilenna in Spanje.
Intense gel gemaakt van Bergeron abrikozen met een Sri Lankaanse kokosmelk ganache, gegrilde kokosnoot en pure chocolade.
Colombiaanse melkchocolade met een friszure gel gemaakt van Primofiori citroenen en een ganache van yoghurt en vanille.
Een zoete laag West-Indische mango-gel op een pure chocoladeganache met vers gemalen pittige chilipeper.
Pure chocolade met traditionele Marokkaanse kruiden zoals kruidnagel, kardemom en kaneel, gemengd met 100% Arabica koffiebonen.
Witte chocoladeganache op basis van Valenciaanse sinaasappels met de perfecte balans tussen zoet en zuur.
Witte chocolade bonbon met een friszure gel van framboos met daar boven op een ganache van passievrucht, verrijkt met fijne vanille uit Réunion. Op een laagje praline van pistache uit Bronte. Deze worden geteeld in de vruchtbare vulkanische grond rond Bronte, een dorpje aan de voet van de Etna. Omhuld met 36,5% Colombiaanse witte chocolade.
Pure chocolade met pecannoten en delicate vanillezaadjes uit Réunion met een zachte, boterachtige textuur.
Gianduja gemaakt van geroosterde Piemonte hazelnoot gehuld in een honinglaag en Colombiaanse witte chocolade.
Witte chocolade met een smaakvolle gel op basis van witte perziken met een delicate, bloemige zoetheid en een aroma van muntthee.
Franse karamel gemaakt van Isigny boter, met handgeperste Yuzu uit het Japanse Kōchi met Colombiaanse donkere chocolade.
