Over Mesjokke
Hoi, wij zijn Per en Luc. Wij zijn de makers van Mesjokke chocolade. Voor ons begint het maken van chocolade bij de magie van de cacaoboon. Wij kopen alleen heel bijzondere soorten cacao, waarvan de smaak heel erg kan verschillen afhankelijk van het land van herkomst, de bodemsoort en de manier waarop de cacao gefermenteerd wordt. Voor deze ‘specialty’ cacao betalen we een eerlijke prijs die twee tot drie keer hoger is dan wat er voor standaard ‘bulk’ cacao betaald wordt! En we zorgen ervoor dat we altijd precies weten waar de cacao vandaan komt en dat de omstandigheden waaronder deze geproduceerd wordt goed zijn.
