Modern Spaanse wijn, licht goud van kleur met aroma's van groene appel, citrus, banaan en ananas. Fris, vol en elegant.
Bleekgele, lichtgroene tint. Rijke, bloemengeur, vanille, wit fruit. Vol, rijk, frisse zuren, sappig fruit, subtiel eiken met een intense smaak.
Lichtgeel, fonkelend. Neus van citrus en geel fruit, lichte houttoets. Filmend, kruidig, ziltig, complex, maar totaal in balans.
Intense geur van rijp geel fruit, toast, vanille en hout. Rond in de mond met veel fruit, levendige zuren, zuiver, mineraal. Lange afdronk.
Intens robijnrode kleur met geur van kruiden en zoete kersen. Rijke, warme smaak met fruitige tonen, choco, milde kruiden en subtiel eiken.
Diep bruinrode kleur. Zachte kruidige, ronde smaak, rijk en vol met bosbessen, pruimen, laurier en subtiele houttonen.
Zeer zoete sherry met smaak van krenten en chocolade. Volle, rijke, smaak met aroma’s van krenten, chocolade, koffie en noten.

Over Restaurant Noor
Marleen (1987) en Jeroen Brouwer (1990) werkten als koks in de keukens van sterrenrestaurants in binnen- en buitenland voordat zij hun eerste restaurant openden. Marleen werkte onder andere bij De Librije in Zwolle, Jeroen bij ’t Schulten Hues in Zutphen. In 2016 werden ze eigenaar van Restaurant & Hotel De Loohoeve in Schoonloo, Drenthe. Na het behalen van onderscheidingen en een Michelinster, besloten ze het hotel te verkopen en zich volledig te richten op hun culinaire ambities. In februari 2022 openden ze Restaurant Noor in de Theresiakapel in Groningen, een kosmopolitisch en eigentijds restaurant. De gastronomische ervaring bij Restaurant Noor evolueert voortdurend met de seizoenen en richt zich op Nederlandse producten met wereldwijde technieken en kruiden. Karakteristiek is het gebruik van citrus, frisse zuren, groenten, vis, (soms) een beetje vlees en seizoensgebonden verse producten.
