Onno Kokmeijer developed a passion for the culinary world at a young age. He gained valuable knowledge by working with leading chefs and their restaurants, which he still uses as the basis for his dishes. In 2003, he began his career at Ciel Bleu**, where he developed his own culinary signature. His interest in Dutch products evolved into a passion for international ingredients from various regions around the world. He led the kitchen at Ciel Bleu** with a strong focus on mentoring young aspiring chefs. After working at Ciel Bleu** for almost 20 years, Onno decided to end his career there and continue his culinary development. Onno has brought all this knowledge together in a delicious menu for your home.

Of course you have to go into the kitchen yourself to do the minimum of preparation, but it is also nice that you can make these beautiful creations on the plate yourself. Recommended!”
