Ordered a delicious Christmas menu from Bergpaviljoen Bistronomique for Christmas. The boxes were again delivered excellently. Preparing the corridors is very fun for children to do or help. Then serve nicely on a plate, perfect!
What a super nice and tasty Sinterklaas drink box from Van Dam. Easy to prepare and delicious to eat. We enjoyed it so much that we immediately ordered the Christmas box. That way we don't have to think about what we are going to make. Great food as if you were dinner, but then nice at home.
We live in a part of the Netherlands where unfortunately you can't have much more than pizzas delivered to your home. Sous brought us a great dinner for 7 people from 2 different restaurants on Christmas Day (!). Really delicious food, easy to prepare. More than enough for all of us. We enjoyed it.

The menus are designed by the restaurants and chefs in such a way that you don't need little experience to prepare them. We keep in mind that all menus must in principle be prepared for children in terms of cooking level. Think of heating in the oven, or in a pan with water. Some menus are easier/faster to prepare than others, take a look per menu to see what kind of dishes are.
This differs per menu. You can see this under the "shelf life" tab per menu. For most menus, consume within 2 days of receipt.
The evening before your delivery date you get a track & trace link. On this you see a 2-hour time slot. The day itself this changes in most cases to a more accurate time slot of 1 hour. If you want to schedule yourself when you receive your box on the day, choose a free collection point at different locations in the Netherlands.

Leave a note for the driver, such as; "Send it to the neighbors or put it in a safe place at my house". We will do everything we can to deliver the menu, we always call the customer if it is not opened.
During public holidays (December 24, 25 and 26) we charge a increased shipping rate in connection with the increased wage costs of the drivers. On December 24, shipping is € 9.90, on December 25 and 26 this is € 16.80. The standard Sous Service fee is not increased at Christmas and remains € 3.
