Our kitchen team loves to cook with fish, shellfish, and crustaceans. Every day, we present our fresh fish in the fish bar on the crushed ice buffet, right when you walk in. Vegetables are no longer just a side dish. They now also occupy a prominent place on our menu. Every day, we pick ingredients from our vegetable garden, flower garden, and herb garden to serve in our Menu Bistronomique.This means you can really taste the origin of the ingredients in the box! Whether you enjoy a well-filled snack box, an appetizer box, or order a complete three-course menu, the fresh herbs and vegetables come directly from the Amersfoort test garden.
