About Restaurant Noor
Marleen (1987) and Jeroen Brouwer (1990) worked as chefs in the kitchens of star restaurants at home and abroad before opening their first restaurant. Marleen worked at De Librije in Zwolle, Jeroen at 't Schulten Hues in Zutphen and together they worked at Kobe Desramaults in In De Wulf, Belgium. Now available on SOUS.

Bleekgele, lichtgroene tint. Rijke, bloemengeur, vanille, wit fruit. Vol, rijk, frisse zuren, sappig fruit, subtiel eiken met een intense smaak.
Lichtgeel, fonkelend. Neus van citrus en geel fruit, lichte houttoets. Filmend, kruidig, ziltig, complex, maar totaal in balans.
Intense geur van rijp geel fruit, toast, vanille en hout. Rond in de mond met veel fruit, levendige zuren, zuiver, mineraal. Lange afdronk.
Intens robijnrode kleur met geur van kruiden en zoete kersen. Rijke, warme smaak met fruitige tonen, choco, milde kruiden en subtiel eiken.
Diep bruinrode kleur. Zachte kruidige, ronde smaak, rijk en vol met bosbessen, pruimen, laurier en subtiele houttonen.
Zeer zoete sherry met smaak van krenten en chocolade. Volle, rijke, smaak met aroma’s van krenten, chocolade, koffie en noten.
