Ghewar is een eeuwenoud dessert dat zijn oorsprong vindt in Rajasthan, India. U zult de koninklijke behandeling voelen bij elke hap van de knapperige basis gecombineerd met smaakvolle romige "rabdi" saus vol pistachenoten en saffraan.
