Papadam is een knapperige Indiase chip die werd gebruikt om hoorntjes te maken. De vulling is heerlijke gemarineerde soja met uien, geserveerd met Griekse tzatzikisaus erbovenop. Wat een heerlijke Grieks-Indiase fusion bite om je culinaire ervaring mee te beginnen.
Gerecht geïnspireerd door "Aloo Tikki", eeuwen geleden het favoriete voorgerecht van de keizer in India. Aardappel-maïs kebab geserveerd met bietenrijst is een volledig veganistische delicatesse.
Gelaagde paneer met spinazie, overgoten met een romige, nootachtige makhani-saus is een delicatesse die u nooit zult vergeten.
Veganistisch gerecht vol smaken en cultuur. Aardappelringen gevuld met broccoli, veganistische kaas en abrikoos, een geweldig Perzisch gerecht, geserveerd op een smaakvolle kokosmelksaus met Indiase smaken en Zuid-Indiase citroenrijst met mosterdzaad en curryblaadjes.
Paneer is een unieke Indiase kaas. Paneerbroodjes zijn gevuld met rozijnen en extra kaas. De broodjes worden gegrild voor een rokerige smaak. De saus is op basis van tomaat, vol met Indiase smaken, noten en room. Geserveerd met originele Indiase basmatirijst.
Romige vanillemousse met een glazuur van bosbessen en een eetbaar goudkleurig blaadje erbovenop is een heerlijke, luxe, zoete afsluiting van uw unieke diner.
Mango Panna Cotta is een romige vanille panna cotta met een laag Indiase Alphonso mangopulp, afgetopt met zelfgemaakte premium bietenkaviaar. Dit elegante dessert is een eigentijdse fusie van de Indiase en Italiaanse keuken.
