Huisgemaakte verse spinazie cannelloni, romig, knapperig en geweldige mix van smaken.
Onze melanzane alla parmigiana is uniek, met een hart van gesmolten mozzarella, verse tomaten en geroosterde aubergines met de heerlijkheid van gegrilde parmezaan bovenop.
Een vegetarische taart, zacht, heerlijk en vol kleuren. Deze vegetarische versie is met een mix van prei, kastanje champignons, Parmigiano en kruiden.
Seizoensgebonden knapperige en zoete carpaccio gemaakt van rode bieten. Kleurrijk, gezond en heerlijk.
Deze artisjokken doen mijn denken aan mijn jeugd in Buenos Aires. De herinnering aan mijn kindertijd, is fris, vol citroen, zoet en een beetje pittig, prachtig!

Over NonnaPepa
Constanza richtte 15 jaar geleden NonnaPepa op in Amsterdam. Het was haar droom om haar herinneringen en smaken uit haar liefdevolle Buenos Aires naar Nederland te brengen. Vanuit Costanza's artistieke achtergrond, ze studeerde Schone Kunsten in Argentinië, creëert en recreëert ze gerechten uit haar kindertijd met een moderne en lokale twist, met een uitstekende mix van oude en moderne tijden. Dankzij de samenwerking tussen NonnaPepa en SOUS krijg je de smaken en kleuren van de Middellandse Zee aan tafel om te delen met familie en vrienden, een explosie van zintuigen!
