Over Het Kaasatelier
Het Kaasatelier is een jong bedrijf met Joost, die al bijna zijn hele leven in de tophoreca of aanverwante bedrijven heeft gewerkt, aan het roer. Samen met Lotte, tevens zijn partner, zorgt hij voor de mooiste kazen uit heel Europa, kleinschalig, ambachtelijk gemaakt met liefde voor de dieren en de omgeving. Het Kaasatelier affineert deze kazen tot ze op het perfecte moment naar de restaurants door heel Nederland en Vlaanderen gaan. Geniet nu ook thuis van een gedeelte van dit mooie en speciaal uitgekozen assortiment van Joost en Lotte via SOUS.
