Over Bergpaviljoen Bistronomique
Ons keukenteam kookt graag met vis, schaal- en schelpdieren. Elke dag presenteren we onze verse vis in de visbar op het crushed ice buffet, direct wanneer je binnenkomt. Groente is al al lang geen bijgerecht meer. Ook op onze menukaart neemt het inmiddels een prominente plaats in. Vanuit onze moestuin, bloementuin en kruidentuin plukken we iedere dag ingrediënten die we in ons Menu Bistronomique serveren.Zo is de herkomst van de ingrediënten echt terug te proeven in de box! Of je hier nu geniet van een goed gevulde borrelbox, een amusebox of een compleet driegangenmenu bestelt, de verse kruiden en groenten komen rechtstreeks uit de Amersfoortse proeftuin.
