We recommend consuming the turkey roulade within 5 days after thawing, so after delivery you have plenty of time up to and including Christmas. After receiving you can also keep the turkey roulade in the freezer, for example for New Year's Eve, but keep in mind that you need 2 days to defrost it neatly.
