Instead, he used it for cultivating timber, and year after year he and his family improved the soil and infrastructure. Due to climate change, the area became more suitable for coffee cultivation. Johel and his son Mathias started with this about five years ago.
Previously, they had another coffee farm, but they sold it to fully commit to the San Isidro project.
The handpicked and selected coffee is fermented in airtight tanks for 24 to 48 hours. After that, it is dried on patios over 20 days before being processed for shipping.
The coffee is roasted so that the fresh kiwi notes do not overpower the hazelnut finish. This creates a unique coffee that tastes both comfortable and surprising.

The coffee beans are roasted for a maximum of 10 days before you receive them. Roasted coffee beans can be kept for a year. After opening in an airtight package, save for the best results.
