Soenil Bahadoer is a 2-Michelin-star chef known for his bold and innovative approach to Surinamese cuisine. He has his own restaurant called De Lindehof in the Dutch village of Nuenen, where he has maintained 2 Michelin stars for several years. Bahadoer has an extensive culinary background and worked in various restaurants before opening his own. In recent years, he has received much recognition for his innovative dishes, which combine traditional Surinamese flavors with modern cooking techniques and ingredients.
