I (Tim Stok) come from Dordrecht and have had a love of food and drink since I was a child. So it's no surprise that this quickly became my passion, hobby, and job! I have a particular fondness for Spanish and Italian cuisine, but my dishes cannot be pigeonholed and always have a new twist. During your dinner, I will take you on a tour around the world and try to introduce you to as many new combinations as possible. With my experience from Ciel Blue** and Yamazato*, I try to surprise my guests every time. I love nothing more than giving my guests a unique taste experience and ensuring they have a carefree evening.

No, you are not immediately tied to your reservation. In most cases you can cancel free of charge up to seven days in advance; After that, cancellation costs may apply.
The price depends on chef, menu, extras and the number of guests. You always get a personal proposal in advance with the total costs based on your wishes.
You can usually cancel for free until about seven days before the date. If canceled afterwards, costs can be charged. Adjustments are usually possible if they are passed on in time. Always tune this in advance.
Crockery, pans and possibly glassware and table decoration can be cared for or rented, you coordinate this with the chef. Cleaning up and cleaning are always included, just like the service during dinner.
