Vecera, which means "dinner" in Croatian, refers to the origins of Nikolina, better known as Niki, and plays on the idea of "dining with Bas & Niki." Their vision is to offer honest and fresh cuisine, with room for culinary experimentation. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and open, so that guests are pleasantly surprised. The kitchen is led by chef Bas, who spoils his guests with fresh and creative dishes. Bas was fascinated by cooking from an early age. He further developed his skills during his training and has worked as a sous chef in renowned restaurants, including Fitzgerald. Today, he has his own cooking style, combining classic French cuisine with modern Burgundian influences. He emphasizes freshness and seasonal ingredients.
