Since 2004, SVH master chef Eric Swaghoven has been developing traditional croquettes and bitterballen. Today, the Valuas croquette line offers nearly 40 flavors and sizes. In addition to the well-known luxury beef croquette, our selection includes shrimp croquettes made exclusively from Dutch shrimp and a tasty shrimp bisque. The asparagus croquette is the ultimate seasonal favorite and is praised for its rich filling of quality asparagus, sourced from the best asparagus grower in the region. Our croquette line also embraces the seasons. Think of the pumpkin croquette, the balkenbrij croquette, the summer croquette with tomato risotto, and, during hunting season, the venison croquette. Our croquettes are traditionally prepared and rolled by hand. We do not use any added colors or flavors. We strive to create a well-filled croquette with honest ingredients.
