With more than 15 years of experience in some of Europe's most renowned kitchens, Evangelos and his team bring refined expertise to your table. He has worked at De Jonge Dikkert (Bib Gourmand), Funky Gourmet Athens (2 Michelin stars), Vork en Mes with Jonathan Karpathios, and the W Hotel Amsterdam, among others. Building on this foundation of craftsmanship, creativity, and sustainability, he founded Vagus Culinary Studio five years ago.
Since then, Vagus has organized more than 1,000 private dining events, each tailored to the occasion, the guests, and the story behind it. For us, food is more than just a meal: it is a way of connecting. Our team of classically trained Greek chefs shares the same passion for creating unique experiences, where tradition and modern innovation come together with subtle Mediterranean influences.
