Hey, we're Roos and Sil. When we discovered that much of the olive oil sold in supermarkets is of poor quality, we made it our mission to introduce the Netherlands to top-quality olive oil—fully traceable from tree to bottle. If you taste it carefully, you will notice—just like with wine—that every olive oil has a unique character. That is why we have not one, but three extra virgin olive oils—made from different olive varieties, sourced directly from farmers in Spain and Italy. This allows us to create unique taste experiences, so there is always one that perfectly complements your dish.
