Founded by Tjarco van Raad and further developed with his son Yanou, they are dedicated to introducing the culinary world to this special pepper. Kampot Pepper, with a history dating back to the 13th century, has stood the test of time. Rooted in centuries-old agricultural traditions, this pepper reflects the rich history and culture of the Cambodian people.
