Grands Rêves is the brainchild of chef David Hadziantoniou, who has experience at the highest level with François Geurds and Restaurant Zeezout, among others, and sommelier Simon Willemse, wine expert from the Wine Academy, alumnus of the prestigious culinary school ALMA in Italy, and with experience at the two-star restaurant Fred in Rotterdam.
Together with our team, we bring fine dining as it is meant to be: elegant, personal, and meticulously prepared—at any location.
