Heerlijke romige Italiaanse tomatensoep op basis van bouillon, afgemaakt met mascarpone en basilicum.
Mooie kalfsbouillon 12 uur getrokken, met room van de boer. Dit is heerlijke lichte maar toch krachtige soep, een echte aanrader. Ook lekker om te schenken als amuse of tussengerecht tijdens een diner.
Zoals je hem vroeger thuis ook kreeg, met echte stukken ossenstaart en veel groenten!
Over Chateaubriand Traiteur
Chateaubriand is een warm en hecht familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis, de familie Teekens heeft 4 generaties slagers. In het begin waren ze vooral bezig met vlees, maar door de jaren heen zijn de koks van Chateaubriand zich gaan specialiseren in het traiteur vak. De winkel is gevestigd in Heemstede en de koks van Chateaubriand hebben daar nu al meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in het creëren van klassieke Nederlandse en Franse recepten. Ze werken alleen met de beste lokale leveranciers en ingrediënten om kwaliteit en smakelijke maaltijden te garanderen.
