Een hele maiskip van Label Rouge in een braadzak. Label rouge is het Franse keurmerk van de hoogste kwaliteit, beter dan het Nederlandse biologische keurmerk. Heerlijke zomerse maaltijd, met gegratineerde aardappelen met Franse Epoisse kaas en een frisse Griekse salade. Dit is de enige maaltijd die niet gepasteuriseerd is, dus begin altijd met deze maaltijd.
Huisgemaakte kalfsbraadworst van puur kalfsvlees met kalfjus. Half grof gemalen en licht gekruid met zeezout, peper, nootmuskaat en gember.
Gestoofd rundvlees in klassieke Franse saus op basis van rode wijn, beenmerg, boter, sjalotten en demi-glace. De saus doet eer aan de zachte stukjes rundvlees, de aardappelpuree met truffel en daarbij gestoofde appel in een zoete mangosaus.

Chateaubriand is een warm en hecht familiebedrijf met een lange geschiedenis, de familie Teekens heeft 4 generaties slagers. In het begin waren ze vooral bezig met vlees, maar door de jaren heen zijn de koks van Chateaubriand zich gaan specialiseren in het traiteur vak. De winkel is gevestigd in Heemstede en de koks van Chateaubriand hebben daar nu al meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in het creëren van klassieke Nederlandse en Franse recepten. Ze werken alleen met de beste lokale leveranciers en ingrediënten om kwaliteit en smakelijke maaltijden te garanderen.
